Larry's Background
As a first-generation College graduate from Tulsa, Oklahoma Larry knows firsthand the power of perseverance, faith, and determination in transforming lives and achieving dreams. Growing up in poverty, life was an uphill battle. The verbal and physical abuse Larry witnessed from his dad toward his mom added a layer of pain and instability to his already challenging circumstances.
There were times when Larry felt powerless, wondering why he had to endure such hardships. But in those dark moments, Larry began to find a strength he didn’t know he had. Larry realized that while he couldn’t control the circumstances he was born into, he could shape the future he wanted for himself.
Those early struggles became the foundation for his determination. They taught him resilience, empathy, and the value of perseverance. Instead of letting his past define him, he used it to fuel his drive to succeed, to be a source of hope for others, and to break the cycle for his own family.
